All elements of the Site, including the By Invitation Content, are protected by copyright and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property.

You may not use this Site or the By Invitation Content for any purpose not related to your business with Monique Mann. All By Invitation Content including, but not limited to, stationery is handmade. As a result variations may occur in individual items. Customer-specific information will be printed in the same type style and ink colours shown in the online sample. As computer monitors display colour differently, the printed version may differ from the monitor (screen) version. By submitting an order online you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the foregoing.
Limitation of Liability

Applicable Law
The use of this Site, including any dispute relating in any way to its use, or use of the By Invitation Content shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Payment and Delivery
Payment is to be made into Monique Mann's designated bank account and proof of payment emailed to monique@byinvite.co.za . Monique Mann shall only commence with design of the proofs on receipt by her of payment in full.
Monique Mann shall use reasonable endeavours to send email proofs to you (generally JPEG files) within two weeks of receipt of the order or proof of payment, whichever is the later.
Monique Mann shall use reasonable endeavours to complete orders within three weeks of your written approval of the design proofs.
All items are subject to the availability of stock. Should a particular card stock be unavailable, you will be provided with an alternate option. Should you prefer not to continue with the order using the alternative card option we will refund you within 10 days of receipt of an email containing your banking details.
All prices exclude courier costs and tax. Should you require completed items to be couriered to you, please send an instruction via email to the fore-mentioned email address. Within 5 days of receipt of that email we shall provide you with a quote to courier the completed items to you. The quote shall include the cost of packaging as well as courier charges.
On receipt of your acceptance of that quote via email, we shall arrange for delivery of the completed items to you via courier. Monique Mann disclaims all liability, in contract, delict or otherwise, for loss or damage to any items delivered by courier and you agree to waive all and any claims against Monique Mann in this regard.
